Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you reach out to BIONIC Emergency Services LLC through our website, we collect what you choose to share with us, typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you’re asking about. If you call or email us directly, we keep records of that correspondence as well.
Like most websites, ours also gathers basic analytics data, things like which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and what device or browser they’re using. This information is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally. We use standard analytics tools to understand how people find and use the site so we can keep it useful.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule evaluations or inspections, and coordinate the work itself. If your loss involves an insurance claim, we may use the details you give us to prepare documentation, estimates, or photos that support that claim. We don’t use your contact information for unrelated marketing, and we don’t sell it.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only when it’s necessary to do the work you’ve asked us to do, or when you’ve authorized us to. The most common example is coordinating directly with your insurance carrier or adjuster on a claim: we’ll only do this with your consent, and only to the extent needed to document the loss and process payment. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may also share information if required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
Retention
We keep contact form submissions and project-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the work, support any related insurance claim, and meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations. After that, we remove or archive records that are no longer needed.
Your Rights
If you’re a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request that it be deleted, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of). Because BIONIC Emergency Services LLC operates only in the United States and does not target or process data from visitors in the European Union, GDPR generally does not apply to us, but we’re happy to honor reasonable requests about your data regardless of where you live.
To make a request about your information, whether that’s asking what we have on file, correcting it, or asking us to delete it, contact us using the information below. We’ll respond as promptly as we can.
Cookies and Third-Party Tools
Our site may use cookies or similar technologies tied to analytics tools to understand site traffic. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so won’t affect your ability to call or email us for service.
