Privacy Policy
When you reach out to BIONIC Emergency Services LLC through our contact form, by phone, or by email, we collect the information you provide: your name, property address, phone number, email, and a description of the damage you’re dealing with. Our website also uses basic analytics to understand how visitors find and use our pages. We don’t collect payment information through the website itself.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule an evaluation or inspection, and, when you authorize it, to document the loss for insurance purposes. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We only share your details with insurance carriers, adjusters, or other parties involved in your claim when you’ve given us permission to coordinate on your behalf.
We retain contact form submissions and project-related records for as long as needed to support your claim, warranty, or billing history, and consistent with standard recordkeeping practices for restoration contractors in Texas. If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to request access to or deletion of your personal information; contact us using the information below and we’ll respond. Because BIONIC operates exclusively in the United States and does not target or process data for individuals in the European Union, GDPR generally does not apply to our operations, but we’re happy to address specific privacy questions regardless of where you’re writing from.
For any privacy question or to request a copy or deletion of your information, email [email protected] or call (713) 338-2424.
Terms of Service
BIONIC Emergency Services LLC provides restoration services within our defined service area; availability outside that area is evaluated case by case and isn’t guaranteed. Estimates provided over the phone, by email, or during an initial walkthrough are not binding contracts. The actual service relationship, scope of work, pricing, and timeline are governed by a signed work-authorization form executed before work begins.
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirements are specified in your signed work order. Where a loss involves an insurance claim, we can coordinate directly with your carrier once you’ve provided written authorization, but you remain responsible for amounts not covered by your policy, including deductibles.
BIONIC operates in accordance with Texas regulations governing restoration and contracting work. Our liability for any project is limited to the scope of work defined in your signed authorization; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage not reasonably discoverable at the time of inspection, or delays caused by insurance processing, permitting, or third parties outside our control.
Should a dispute arise, we ask that you first contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution; our work-authorization forms outline the agreed process for resolving disagreements over scope or billing. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific drying times, outcomes, or claim approval.
